About the evening

A clear map of where psychedelics actually stand

Wavelength is a new San Diego collaborative for the professionals working at the edges of psychedelic care, policy, and ethics. Our inaugural session is a 90-minute working conversation: an honest, current map of the legal landscape across three access pathways and three levels of government — followed by networking.

Medical / Therapeutic

The FDA pathway, the California bills, ketamine today, and the San Diego research scene.

Religious / Spiritual

RFRA, O Centro, and how sincerity and structure protect practitioners.

Decriminalization

What it really changes — and San Diego’s still-open question.

Plus two San Diego spotlights: ketamine (the one legal lane now) and the cross-border ibogaine / Tijuana interface.

Your facilitators

Two attorneys mapping the terrain

NK
